Use the search tool to find the products you would like to purchase. You can type in Brand Names (Twinlab) or product names (phytoestrogen) to find the products of interest.
When you find a product you would like to purchase, click on the BUY button and that item will be added to your shopping cart. When you have found all the items you wish to order and have clicked on the BUY buttons, you are ready to check your shopping cart by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" link on the top or bottom of the page.
Your Shopping cart will show the items you selected, their cost and the number of each item wanted. If you wish to change the number of item wanted, you can change the number in the Quantity box, then hit the "Recalculate My Order" button. If you decide that you don't want to buyt the item, you can calic the "delete", the item will be removed from your shopping cart. When your shopping cart is as you wish, hit the "Recalculate My Order" button one last time to begin checkout.
To Checkout, fill in the information requested, be sure to enter a correct email address, and hit the $$ CHECKOUT button.
The next page will show the information you entered as well as your order plus shipping costs. If your information is not correct, hit the "Make Changes" button on the top of the page and make corrections. If all is correct, fill in your credit card information. (This is on a Secure Server. Your credit card payment is processed by the world's largest internet payment processing center called "Authorize.net". It's fast, secure and reliable.) Then hit the "Submit Order" button and confirm your order. Job well done.
Providing all is OK, your order will be processed and shipped out by, at least, the next business day via UPS Ground.

Once you have started filling your shopping cart, please stay in the catalog until finished.
When ordering, consider that shipping for 6 to 8 items is approximately the same as a single item.
Leaving the catalog by clicking a choice in the left column before completing your shopping experience, will empty your shopping cart.
Q: How To Use The Search Engine?

If you know the brand name, exact product name or Sku No you want, these are the easiest searches to make.
You can also click the product category or a particular herb to see all the available products in that particular category.
Here is a tip for finding a particular product from a particular brand name: Type in the product name first (vitamin c or echinacea) then the brand name (schiff or natures herbs). Like this: calcium twinlab or multivitamin natures way.
Q: How Many Shipping Methods Do You Offer?

We only offer UPS Shipping (including Ground, Next Day Air, 2-Day Air, 3-Day Air) for all orders. This allows us to keep costs down allowing lower product prices.
This also allows us to track your order delivery should a delay or misdirection occure. You will receive an e-mail when your order is confirmed. Your order is then processed and shipped on the next business day.
We ship UPS Ground and UPS has tracking of all shipments. No handling charge. Shipping cost is not guaranteed and is
subject to change at any time without notice.
Q: Do You Accept International (None USA) Orders?

International customers (people reading Chinese only) may shop at the Chinese site. However, you'll have to pay the extra shipping fee. Please contatct us by email at service@lavitamin.com before placing your order. So we can give you an estimate of the shipping cost.
Q: What is your return policies?
A: In rare cases when you receive a different product from what you actually ordered, or if the package was damaged in transit, we'll be happy to accept your product returns. (Damaged package must be confirmed by UPS.)
If this happens, we'll either re-ship the correct products to you at our expense, or refund your cost of the products in question.
We do not accept product returns for any other reason. Please email us first to obtain a product return Authorization and instructions.
