食用方法：
1.調節生理機能:每日飯後食用4粒,多食無益,不要與魚油一起食用,因為油酸和鈣離子會產生皂化反應,可能會造成拉肚子，而且效果會大打折扣。
2.1-5歲兒童每日食用1粒，多食無益,6歲以上孩童每日食用1-2粒，可磨碎食用。
3.產前產後之營養補給:懷孕初期/中期每日食用2粒,多食無益。懷孕後期每日食用4粒,多食無益。
4.中年以上婦女:每日食用4粒,多食無益,配合普羅曼絲植物雌激素2粒,保養運動機能可配合關健500葡萄糖氨+軟骨素2~3粒。
